Account Information: Name, username, email address, and organization name when you sign up.

Device Credentials: Hostnames, IP addresses, usernames, and passwords for network devices you add to SwytchAI. These are encrypted and stored securely.

Usage Data: Actions performed within the platform (config pulls, changes, approvals) are logged for audit purposes.

Payment Information: Credit card and billing details are processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the SwytchAI Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To maintain audit logs for compliance and security

• To improve the Service based on usage patterns

3. Data Security
