By creating an account or using SwytchAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwytchAI is a network automation platform that provides configuration management, version tracking, change approval workflows, and multi-vendor device management for enterprise network teams.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

• SwytchAI offers paid subscription plans billed monthly.
• All plans include a 14-day free trial.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service to manage devices you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful configurations

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data, including device configurations, credentials, and organizational data. We do not sell, share, or access your data except as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwytchAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from configuration changes pushed through our platform. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied to production network devices.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
